Job Summary
Lead a team and coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient operation of your assigned area. Supervise staff through training, coaching, and performance evaluations while implementing strategies to optimize efficiency and meet KPIs. Ensure safe operations, verify paperwork, maintain accurate inventory records, and execute continuous improvement action plans. Be flexible to work overtime and perform additional responsibilities as needed. Monday through Friday shifts with multiple options available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of recent experience in a warehouse environment
- 2 or more years in a supervisory role
- Forklift certification and at least 1 year of experience operating powered industrial trucks
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
