Job Summary
Logistics Shared Services Specialist – Last Mile Delivery Claims coordintes end-to-end governance of Last Mile Delivery claims from stores. Responsibilities include claim intake, validation, classification and routing, SLA management, and follow-up; maintain data quality, support reporting, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional stakeholders across outbound transportation, distribution centers, carriers, planning and stores. Requires a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 2–4 years of relevant experience, fluent English, and experience with claim handling tools, Power Apps, Forms, ERP or TMS systems; strong analytical, data accuracy, and communication skills; ability to work in a multi-country environment. Prefer additional European languages and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in logistics, shared services, or service support roles
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional European languages are an advantage
- Experience with claim handling tools, Power Apps, Forms, ERP or TMS systems is beneficial
- Experience in logistics operations, transportation, claims processing, or supply chain support roles
- Understanding of last mile delivery processes and store delivery execution
- Strong data accuracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with digital tools including Microsoft Office / Office 365
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multi-country environment
