Job Summary
Logistics Services Manager responsible for developing and managing technology systems, labor resources, processes, and protocols for the delivery of interoffice mail, instructional materials, furniture and equipment, textbooks, and testing materials to schools and staff; supervises warehouse staff, schedules receiving and distribution, maintains inventory, ensures vendor contract compliance, manages surplus disposition, coordinates testing materials logistics, and oversees budget and records; requires Associate’s degree or higher, OSHA certification, 8 years warehouse experience with 5 years supervisory, and on-site presence during regular hours with occasional travel; strong leadership, data entry/tech, and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field required
- OSHA Certification required
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent preferred
- 8 years of experience working in warehouse
- 5 years of supervisory experience required
- Experience in K-12 education or public sector preferred
