Job Summary
Support implementation and monitoring of global logistics and customs frameworks while collaborating with regional teams to execute cost optimization initiatives. Monitor KPIs using data analytics to identify improvement opportunities and lead projects for AI and Power BI applications in logistics environments. Develop global standards and controls for customs operations, participate in digital transformation and lean process improvement projects, and share best practices across the organization. Ensure adherence to HSEQ and compliance standards and proactively mitigate risks related to market trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in global logistics, transportation, customs compliance, and warehousing
- Experience in policy governance, process design, and CoE
- Good knowledge of AI concepts and Power BI for analytics
- Ability to lead change and influence without authority
- Good knowledge of logistics and customs processes and regulations

- Expertise in Lean and/or Six Sigma
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and regions
