Job Summary
Communicate with drivers, sales associates, and customers across the United States to ensure seamless product delivery. Perform daily route audits to verify drivers follow the optimal route structure and recommend changes to the management team. Maintain professional communication via phone and email while coordinating efforts with other departments as needed. Requires previous route management experience, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and strong multi-tasking abilities. Monday through Friday shifts from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm with occasional weekend coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a route manager, including route mapping, preferred
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to learn new technologies and applications quickly
- Proficient in working with computers, learning new applications, and data entry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Ability to read and understand instructions and information
