Logistics Revenue Specialist- Shepherdsville, KY

Liaise with local General Managers to ensure accurate and timely customer billing, clearly understanding contracts, billing opportunities, and facility budgets. Prepare financial reports for management with full P&L understanding, including weekly projection reports and variance analysis between actuals and forecasts. Audit and process incoming vendor invoices via the internal accounting system, maintain the Purchase Order Process for compliance, and independently process month-end procedures to ensure accurate revenue and cost recognition. Provide variance analysis and manage balance sheet exposures while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines in credit control, purchasing, and disbursement. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting, 2–4 years of experience, and strong MS Office skills. Internal candidates are considered first; applications due by 7/29/2026.
