Logistics / Returns Coordinator

Create SAP quotes and sales orders to support customer repair processes and generate purchase orders for vendor credit requests. Accurately process all return shipments, perform cycle counting and FIFO inventory management, and pull parts from the warehouse same-day based on customer requirements. Package outbound shipments using best practices to prevent damage and generate shipping labels via SAP Ship ERP for export documentation. Receive incoming parts, verify part numbers, and store them in correct locations while resolving shipping problems with customer service. Maintain security of stocked parts and adhere to all company guidelines. This role operates within a fast-paced automotive parts supply environment and requires forklift operation skills.
