Logistics Representative

Coordinate and optimize delivery schedules by communicating with mobile units to ensure they receive important messages. Monitor situations via phone or radio, use mapping software to locate best routes, and track mobile unit locations. Assist in dispatch pending loads, schedule drivers for pickups and deliveries, and coordinate daily routes to accommodate customer needs. Manage route modifications for sudden changes or road construction, enforce safety procedures by monitoring driver reports, and update customer web portals with load information. Pull load forecasts, update drop and hook events, and analyze transportation planning opportunities to reduce costs. Maintain high compliance with dispatch standards and operating procedures. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Evening or morning shifts available Friday through Monday.
