Job Summary
Logistics & Quality Specialist responsible for end-to-end coordination between manufacturing facilities, transportation logistics, and third-party quality and logistics service providers. Oversees production planning with manufacturing partners, monitors progress and milestones, ensures output complies with technical specifications and contractual requirements, plans inbound/outbound transportation, coordinates local and international logistics, oversees Incoterms compliance and site delivery constraints, and manages third-party inspection, testing, and certification providers. Leads factory acceptance inspections, pre-shipment inspections, and non-conformance tracking, ensures timely quality documentation and certificates, selects and coordinates third-party logistics providers, ensures safety, insurance, contractual, and service-level compliance, and tracks KPIs (on-time delivery, damage rate, response time). Acts as central coordination point between Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and site teams, providing regular status reporting and proposing mitigations for risks. Supports claims, back-charges, or corrective actions related to manufacturing or logistics failures.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in industrial manufacturing, logistics, or EPC supply chains
- Proven ability to manage multiple third-party service providers
- Solid understanding of quality control processes
- Experience with transportation coordination and Incoterms
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under schedule pressure and manage competing priorities
