Job Summary
Conduct investigations, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for quality, safety, health, and environmental compliance at the Shepherdsville distribution facility. Coordinate standards and procedures, train staff on injury prevention and safety practices, and maintain employee awareness of QSHE requirements. Perform audits to evaluate system effectiveness, assess hazards, and track approved supplier lists. Monitor product quality matters and advise leadership on DEI program integration. Ensure full adherence to ISO, Lean, OSHA, and DOT standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of experience in a position focusing on Quality, Safety and Health, and Environmental in a warehousing or distribution environment
- 2+ years' experience using quality systems
- 1+ years or leadership or training experience
- Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, workplace hazards, and associated controls
- Knowledge of ISO, Lean, OSHA standards and DOT
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
