Logistics/QA Supervisor

Logistics/QA Supervisor leads a high-performing team responsible for inventory accuracy, audits, and quality control to ensure correct product quantity and quality reaches customers. Responsibilities include supervising associates, managing HR-related questions, setting clear performance expectations, conducting annual reviews, organizing bi-annual inventory cycle counts, monitoring the shrink budget (weekly holding account), reporting damages and process deviations to leadership, auditing facility processes, developing training for associates, supporting damage resolution, and guiding the receiving and counting activities to maintain inventory integrity. The role also involves collaboration with Corporate and providing developmental opportunities to staff, with a focus on safety culture and operational excellence.
