Job Summary
End-to-end deployment planning and delivery of Anduril hardware and equipment for all deployments, maintenances, and demos. Manage forward-deployed inventory to support ongoing customer contracts, sustainment operations, and maintenance activities. Mirror physical hardware deployment, maintenance, and reverse logistics across systems. Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse partners, business leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure the shipment lifecycle is executed successfully. Provide white-glove service and ownership of domestic and international shipping of Anduril hardware to end customers. Proactively identify, propose, and solve logistical processes and risks. Offer feedback to internal stakeholders on how the customer’s needs are met to enable continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a high energy, fast-paced startup or logistics environment
- Ability to work proficiently and stay organized in multiple connecting systems (Oracle ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, JIRA, Slack)
- Basic efficiency in Excel
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
