Job Summary
Develop and execute optimal procurement strategies for logistics suppliers supporting base station construction and shop openings. Research market trends, conduct price assessments via benchmark analysis, and negotiate terms to optimize cost structures. Prepare and evaluate RFPs and RFQs while reviewing and concluding various contracts. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, including the Subcontract Act, and manage associated risks. Work within the centralized Procurement Operations Department to drive the company's core business strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Practical experience in logistics procurement, SCM (Supply Chain Management), or logistics-related operations (minimum of 3 years)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in logistics procurement within the telecommunications or IT industry
- Knowledge and experience in warehouse management and inventory management
- Project management experience
- Experience with RFP/RFQ creation and evaluation, and supplier selection processes
