Logistics Procurement Analyst (m/f/d)

Job Summary
Analyze freight, logistics, and procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities, service trends, and sourcing risks. Support sourcing events, bid analysis, rate benchmarking, and supplier selection for air, ocean, parcel, and related logistics categories. Monitor carrier and supplier performance against service, cost, quality, and compliance expectations while preparing dashboards on spend, savings, and contract utilization. Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into procurement recommendations and assist in bid preparation and supplier onboarding. Maintain rates in Oracle Transportation Management and ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies. Work hybrid Monday through Thursday in Wrocław with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in procurement, logistics, transportation, supply chain analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting tools, ERP systems, transportation management systems, or procurement platforms
- Understanding of sourcing, supplier management, transportation operations, and basic contract principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
- High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Hybrid (Office-Based Monday-Thursday, Flexible Fridays)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting freight categories such as ground, air, ocean, parcel, warehousing, or related logistics services
- Knowledge of supplier scorecards, cost models, and freight or transportation performance metrics
- Experience with strategic sourcing, RFP analysis, or contract support
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and process mapping
- Experience working with global or multi-regional logistics networks
