Coordinate urgent customer request resolutions and operational exceptions by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely communication and minimal business impact. Support cross-region logistics process alignment for strategic accounts such as TSMC and Micron, facilitating knowledge sharing and best-practice adoption across Taiwan, Arizona, Germany, and Japan. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable logistics solutions, leveraging ACDC depot expertise to align inbound, inventory, quality assurance, and outbound processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and compliance, identifying opportunities to convert non-standard requests into repeatable processes. Analyze global customer operating models to recommend harmonization strategies that enable consistent service delivery.
