Logistics Planning Analyst

Job Summary
Execute daily shipments per company schedule utilizing the approved carrier base and process received goods through goods receipt, put away, and issue out. Oversee warehouse locations and labeling to ensure goods are correctly stored and reflected in the ERP, while managing material handling equipment and maintaining accurate inventory levels. Enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficient, effective, and safe warehouse operations, actively seeking continuous improvement opportunities to minimize organizational risk. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong time management and the ability to track multiple priorities simultaneously.
Required Qualifications
- Super user in a common ERP or WMS system, such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
- Forklift experience
- Lean Manufacturing Concepts such as 5S, 5-Why, Kanban, etc.
- Must be able to speak and read in English language
- Must have reliable transportation
- 3+ years relevant experience managing warehouse operations: shipping, receiving, inventory control, goods receipt, documentation, issue out, escalations/resolutions
- Technical Background with WMS Systems experience required
- Experience with WITS Warehouse Solutions
- Experience executing operations in a high velocity environment
- High school diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelor's degree
Desired Qualifications
- High volume, automotive or start-up experience strongly preferred
