Job Summary
Map and document processes to design and implement Supply Chain Solutions, utilizing Lean Six Sigma tools like 5s and 5whys to recommend continuous improvement opportunities. Conduct transportation and logistics studies while collecting data to perform statistical analysis and establish Key Performance Indicators. Work with team members to develop alternative solutions and coach employees on performance standards. This role supports the Supply Chain Solutions division at Ryder, a Fortune 500 logistics leader managing critical fleet and transportation functions for over 50,000 customers.

- 3 years or more in industry related experience with Bachelors Degree
- 8 years or more in industry related experience with High School Diploma
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and driver issues
- Knowledge of computer tools: Spreadsheets, Databases, Graphics, Word Processing, Mapping, Routing and Scheduling, Facility Layouts
- Basic knowledge of Integrated Logistics: Transportation Distribution, Customer Service, Information Technology
- Six Sigma Certification
