Job Summary
Forecast and plan global rental container fleet availability to meet customer requirements while optimizing asset utilization. Execute and oversee multi-modal shipments for fleet balancing, preparing customs invoices and verifying shipping documents. Develop operational relationships with logistics providers to negotiate rates, raise contracts and purchase orders on SAP, and maintain accurate database records of day-to-day activities. Liaise with internal stakeholders, network partners, and third-party warehousing for inventory reports while driving initiatives to improve operational processes.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in international logistics across multiple modes of transport, land, sea, air
- Working knowledge of customs regulations, Incoterms and shipping documentation
- Practical experience of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solving attitude and capability of optimising processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels

- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data insights into practical applications
- Experience of SAP or similar MRP/ERP system
