Job Summary
Lead and support strategic logistics optimization projects from concept through implementation, defining objectives, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives across the Global Logistics department. Analyze and continuously improve the global logistics network by evaluating alternative scenarios to balance cost, service, resilience, and sustainability while defining and maintaining logistics KPIs. Collaborate with subsidiaries, internal teams, and external partners to review local setups and build standardized, scalable solutions worldwide. Translate complex datasets into actionable insights to enable informed decision-making and drive operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data/Business Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and driving process improvements
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and logistics processes with experience in optimization and change management
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to build business cases and translate data into actionable recommendations
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across international teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with BI/reporting tools
- knowledge of SQL, Python, or R
- Experience with SAP R/3 or SAP S/4HANA
