Increase on-time deliveries, analyze customer experience factors impacting NPS scores, and optimize stacked orders to save orders and reduce cancellation rates. Study and roll out cities from the on-demand working model to the shift model, preparing forecasts, rider demand estimations, zoning, and slot availability. Manage, guide, and assist direct reports while setting performance objectives and evaluating team progress. Contribute to identifying continuous improvement opportunities and prepare timely, accurate reports to meet organizational standards.
