Logistics Operator – Inbound, Warehousing & Outbound (f/m/d)

Job Summary
Support smooth material flow across factory operations including inbound logistics, warehouse operations, internal material supply to production, and outbound shipping. Responsibilities include receiving goods, verification against orders, labeling and system bookings (ERP / WMS), coordinating unloading, inspection, and storage; storing materials per FIFO; picking, staging, and supplying materials to production lines; maintaining accurate inventory and replenishment; preparing goods for shipment, including packing and documentation; coordinating outbound shipments with carriers and internal teams; operating material handling equipment; keeping the warehouse safe, clean, and organized; and contributing to continuous improvement. Requirements include vocational training in logistics or a related field, 1+ years in logistics/warehousing, understanding of inbound/warehouse/outbound processes, hands-on and reliable work style, willingness to work in a factory environment, forklift license is a plus, ERP/warehouse system experience is advantageous, and German fluency with basic English.
Required Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in logistics, warehouse operations, or a comparable qualification
- 1+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or factory material handling
- Understanding of inbound, warehouse, and outbound logistics processes
- Hands-on mentality, structured and reliable working style
- Willingness to work in a factory environment and support production needs
- Basic experience with ERP or warehouse systems is an advantage
- Fluency in German; basic English skills are a plus
