Job Summary
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and stretch wrap machines while maintaining accurate records of stocked and shipped products. Prepare and complete shipping orders, check in drivers, and label incoming materials according to established procedures. Perform inventory cycle-counting, stock production lines, and conduct daily cleaning of interior and exterior warehouse areas. Ensure compliance with quality policies, safety regulations, and OSHA standards, including daily equipment checks and reporting discrepancies. Work in coolers and freezers ranging from 38°F to -10°F, lifting up to 50 pounds regularly. Maintain attendance and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
Required Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Must have good command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a shipping environment with temperatures ranging from 38°F to -10°F
- Ability to lift, carry, stack, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis throughout the workday
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, twisting, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to safely work at elevated heights and utilize stairs, ladders, platforms, and personnel lifts as required
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and safely perform essential job functions in a fast-paced production and distribution environment
- Flexibility to work off-shifts, including days or nights, weekends, or holidays
