Job Summary
Oversee daily OS&D office tasks, including taking photos of freight, monitoring inquiries, and reviewing dock check allocations in SmartSheets. Process and ship OS&D freight, coordinate air freight and LTL dispatch, and manage billing activities for assigned facilities. Document, photograph, and report NIF issues, water damage incidents, and in-house damages while ensuring all logs and tallies are accurate and audit-ready. Provide day-to-day supervision to customer service and support staff, reinforce documentation discipline, and lead special projects or non-standard operational initiatives. Ensure adherence to contractual, lease, and regulatory compliance requirements across assigned facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or operations support within a warehouse or logistics environment
- Working knowledge of OS&D processes, billing/invoicing support, and documentation control
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Five years related experience as a warehouse supervisor and/or lead
- Experience supporting high-compliance retail customers (ie: Target)
- Familiarity with customs documentation and audit support
- Prior lead or supervisory experience
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Regular, punctual attendance
- Compliance with company safety policies
- Must maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Report hazards promptly
