Job Summary
Manage a team of approximately 40 employees and oversee inbound/outbound logistics, packaging operations, and picking processes. Optimize warehouse efficiency through process improvements and automation initiatives while tracking KPIs, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards. Collaborate on strategic projects within the Global Logistics Excellence Center to drive improvements in this new high-tech distribution center. Work in shifts with a focus on process optimization and automation initiatives.
