The Logistics Operations Specialist at HQ ensures materials, equipment, and shipments move efficiently, safely, and compliantly across HQ and cross-functional teams; serves as the onsite partner for shipping/receiving, equipment movement, logistics coordination, and employee-facing operational activities, including handling inbound/outbound shipments, carrier coordination (FedEx/UPS/DHL), DG shipping considerations, and workplace operations support including events and space optimization.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, supply chain support, workplace operations, or a related role.
