Job Summary
Define and manage business process and technology roadmaps while collaborating with business leads to oversee on-site logistics operations. Coach peers on completing required tasks within timeline requirements and review inventory impacts to develop mitigation strategies using root cause and corrective action analysis. Lead change management efforts through people leadership and a customer-focused approach within the customer culture. This role supports Expeditors' global supply chain management across 350+ locations, fostering an innovative, information-based approach to logistics.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3–5+ years of supply chain or logistics experience
- Ability to define, develop, and document business processes and procedures
- Proven self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment with limited oversight
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Project tools
- Experience with PDCA or other continuous-improvement frameworks
