Job Summary
Oversee order fulfillment from item quotation to shipment, coordinating with buyers, internal departments and factories to ensure on-time delivery and KPI targets. Manage import orders, sample arrangements, customer PO management, shipping instructions, testing and inspections, and respond to customer inquiries. Act as a liaison for sales activities (e.g., Toy Show) and support continuous improvement initiatives. Requires a college degree or above and 5–7 years of relevant experience in hard toys, trading/buying offices, EMS, or FMCG, with strong English and Mandarin, SAP R/3 experience preferred, and solid Microsoft Office skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or above
- 5 - 7 years' relevant work experience in Hard Toys of Trading/Buying Office or EMS/FMCG industry
- Familiar with Microsoft Office operation
- Experience in SAP R/3 system is preferred
- Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese/Mandarin
- Effective presentation, communication, persuasion skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork
- Good analytical skill
