Logistics Officer

Logistics Officer responsible for expediting and troubleshooting customer orders across Sales/Operations by leveraging ERP expertise (Oracle, Xcaliber, Converge). Manages processing of Sales/Purchase Orders, tracks inbound deliveries to meet promised ship dates, maintains data for Suppliers, Customers, and Price Lists, and reviews orders for carrier selection and freight service levels. Performs export compliance on international shipments, processes change orders with attention to potential impacts on linked orders and inventories, and actively monitors order backlog to cancel invalid backorders and address due dates. Supports traders by ensuring timely communication and adherence to guidelines; typical entry-level role with clearly defined procedures and supervision. Other duties as assigned.
