Logistics Officer (Construction/PMC)

Logistics Officer responsible for site-wide logistics for a mega construction project in Riyadh. Key duties include procuring and managing a site-wide logistics contractor, planning haul roads, laydown areas and external access to minimize impact on programme, maintaining a secure and well-maintained site with regular logistics meetings, managing worker accommodations, developing processes and induction programs, and overseeing supply chain movement, lookahead forecasting, and risk management. Responsible for creating and updating site safety manuals, emergency plans, signage aligned with branding, and a comprehensive security management system; ensure permits are secured and logistics activities do not constrain the project. Regularly review plans with stakeholders, provide weekly logistics dashboards, and conduct self-audits for QA, safety, environmental, and welfare activities. Requires degree in Engineering/Construction with 10+ years of relevant experience and KSA experience; beneficial certifications in safety and construction management.
