Job Summary
Logistics Office Associate handles a blend of administrative and warehouse-support duties to keep logistics operations efficient. Responsibilities include filing, data entry, answering phones, ordering and distributing supplies, maintaining customer records, processing invoices, assembling reports, and coordinating with drivers, vendors, and sales. Tasks also cover organizing warehouse activities, managing paperwork such as DOT-related documents, preparing and distributing reports for branch management, and assisting in inventory counting. Requires proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, strong organization and multitasking abilities, effective internal/external communication, and the ability to follow established processes while supporting daily warehouse and logistics duties.
