Job Summary
Coordinate supplier onboarding and support daily operations within the transport management system (AX4). Monitor transport orders, organize shipments for LEONI plants, and resolve transportation-related issues while supporting damage and loss handling processes. Deliver user support and training for logistics processes and tools, analyze costs and process performance to prepare regular reports, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs. This 6-month role requires a degree in logistics or supply chain management, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with ERP systems like SAP or AX4. Fluent English (B2) and strong organizational skills are essential for collaborating with international colleagues and plants.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or secondary education with a focus on Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a related field
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
