Logistics Manager

Logistics Manager to lead and optimize all shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations across two divisions (Strong Hold industrial cabinetry and Utility Metals light poles). Responsible for the efficient transportation, storage, and delivery of raw materials and finished goods; lead logistics teams including drivers and warehouse staff; coordinate with suppliers, carriers, production, and sales in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective operations; oversee material handling, packing, labeling, and stacking; ensure accuracy against purchase orders, proper put-away, and timely system updates; drive process improvements, cost optimization, and regulatory and safety compliance across both divisions while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and on-time delivery, including management of paperwork (B/Ls, manifests) and on-time truck loading.
