Logistics Manager

Lead and manage traffic departments across all Tube Supply locations while overseeing routing, scheduling, dispatch, and utilization of the company fleet. Establish clear accountability and reporting cadence, monitor key metrics such as on-time delivery and cost per mile, and standardize operating procedures across branches. Ensure strong driver performance and a zero-tolerance safety culture by supporting hiring, training, and development, while maintaining full DOT, FMCSA, and regulatory compliance. Oversee inbound and outbound freight, manage carrier relationships, and control maintenance costs through preventative programs and capital planning. Track and report operational KPIs, identify gaps, and execute cost reduction opportunities to align with financial targets.
