Logistics Manager

Manage daily operations for In-Home Delivery Contract Carrier teams by routing routes in Dispatch Track and dispatching 5+ teams through multiple stops. Complete weekly billing and claims forms in NetSuite, oversee P+L budgeting, and collect operational data for performance assessments. Recruit and maintain rosters of independent carriers while conducting daily stand-ups, supervising load-outs for quality assurance, and performing local ride-behind inspections to ensure customer satisfaction and safety compliance. Build relationships with customers, clients, and staff to drive operating improvements. Full-time role with 40 hours per week from 6:00am to 2:00pm, Tuesday through Saturday, with possible overtime during peak season. An Associate Degree is required with 2-4 years of logistics experience; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
