Job Summary
Manage finished goods warehouse operations at assigned Third Party Logistics (3PL) vendors. Responsible for maintaining warehouse service level to internal and external customers. Serves as the liaison with Third Party Logistics (3PL) providers at assigned location(s). Essential functions include overseeing refrigerated warehousing operations, implementing SOPs, approving credits/debits, ensuring safe handling per GFSI, proper packaging and barcoding, tracking variances, coordinating warehousing schedules (including holidays), optimizing schedules to minimize overtime, tracking and reporting location KPIs and 3PL invoicing, managing inventory and collaboration with Demand Planners and Product Management, implementing SAP, handling product withdrawals/recalls with QA, supervising direct reports, and other duties as assigned. Environment includes travel up to 20% and physical requirements typical of warehousing roles. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent or equivalent work experience
- Five (5) years’ Warehousing Management experience
- Five (5) years’ vendor management experience
- Three (3) years’ leadership experience
