Logistics Manager – School Meal Delivery PHX

Supervise, coach, and schedule a driver and server team while managing performance and corrective actions. Build and adjust delivery routes around school bell schedules, meal counts, and last-minute changes. Run pre-departure audits on meal accuracy, temperature, and paperwork to ensure food safety compliance. Keep documentation current, including temperature logs, production records, and USDA reporting. Troubleshoot real-time issues like breakdowns or count errors and improve processes. Serve as the main point of contact for school nutrition coordinators under pressure. Support inventory, equipment tracking, and garage organization. Work Monday through Friday, 40+ hours, with physical demands including lifting up to 100 lbs and daily driving between sites.
