Job Summary
Logistics Manager leading logistics personnel and managing warehouses, inventories, and end-to-end inbound, internal, and global logistics for U.S. government missions. Responsible for coordinating compliant distribution of equipment, parts, and supplies; reviewing contractual requirements; designing and analyzing logistics processes to improve efficiency; advising management on logistics topics; ensuring organizational compliance; and handling orders and inventory. Requires active DoD Secret clearance and may involve travel and work in secure facilities; relocation benefits available.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Six years of logistics experience with practical experience in Asset Management Systems, ILS-S and Defense Property Accountability System functions (min four years as a Supply Liaison/technician)
- Current and active DoD Secret security clearance
- Proficiency with modern IT tools and infrastructure technologies
- Some overnight travel possible; active passport required for OCONUS travel/living requirements
