Job Summary
Logistics Manager to transform and optimize Rock Hill, SC logistics operations: manage inventory control, receiving, shipping, material handling, and multi-site logistics; design and implement warehouse organization and material tracking; lead a logistics team; apply Lean principles to eliminate waste; ensure regulatory shipping compliance domestically and internationally; develop strategic plans for multi-site operations and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain operations
- 5+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Proven track record of implementing inventory management systems
- Understanding of shipping regulations both within the country and internationally
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems
- Strong understanding of inventory control methodologies
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge preferred
