Job Summary
Oversee the end-to-end logistics, including supply chain management, purchasing, distribution of equipment and medical supplies, and inventory control. Evaluate forecasts and market conditions to identify trends and process-improvement opportunities. Lead and develop a logistics team, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, collaborate with internal/external stakeholders for timely delivery, and maintain relationships with suppliers/vendors while traveling between operational sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
