Job Summary
Logistics Manager to execute inventory control, oversee cycle counting, reconcile inventory with customer inventory, research variances and shipping discrepancies, formalize inventory procedures, generate cycle counts and inventory reports, and lead optimization of logistics processes. Requires strong leadership, ability to collaborate with multiple business units, data-driven forecasting, ERP experience, and proficiency in inventory analysis and reporting. Responsibilities include scheduling, ensuring stock levels for distribution channels, placing replenishment orders, evaluating suppliers, coaching staff, and conducting performance reviews to maintain efficient operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, economics, finance, operations, engineering or a related area, with a Master's degree preferred
