Job Summary
Logistics Coordinator / Logistics manager within the Services & Solutions Delivery (S&SD) organization for the Benelux region. Responsible for coordinating end-to-end logistics across spare parts, tooling, and return flows; acts as primary contact for logistics escalations; collaborates with Planning, Field Service Engineers, and warehouses, as well as external logistics partners. Monitors KPIs (stock levels, delivery times, backorders, first-time-right) and translates data into actionable insights; drives continuous improvement and explores AI-driven solutions to boost efficiency; ensures accurate SAP/SMAX administration. Works in a hands-on, cross-functional team focused on delivering results in a dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in logistics, supply chain, or operations)
- 5+ years experience in a logistics or coordination role
- Experience with performance management and KPI ownership
- Process improvement experience (Lean, continuous improvement, or project-based work)
- Interest in data analytics and AI-driven solutions
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Strong English and Dutch (French a plus)
