Logistics Manager

Logistics Manager leads the Distribution and Transportation System and Process Support Team, directing initiatives to improve supply chain systems, processes, and flows while driving cost reductions. Responsibilities include providing leadership for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Yard Management, eComm fulfillment, Transportation Management System (TMS), Shipment Track and Trace, Carrier Portal, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA); ensuring system health and stability across Blue Yonder TMS/WMS, SAP EWM, FourKites, and related tools; training and supporting 3PL WMS super users and distribution/transportation teams; collaborating with cross-functional partners to implement programs that deliver customer logistics cost objectives; prioritizing technical projects, enabling continuous improvement, and developing new tools or analyses to support customer needs; attracting and retaining talent while fostering a positive culture; managing security and business continuity for multiple systems and adherence to internal controls and legal requirements; participating in industry benchmarking and best practices; and traveling as needed. Primary location is Neenah, WI with hybrid work options; the role is available to local candidates authorized to work in the United States.
