Job Summary
Oversee the Warehouse, Freight, and Stocking Teams by managing daytime receiving, yard operations, pick-pack-ship activities, and ensuring product is stocked to planogram locations. Direct and mentor team members to drive consistent execution, while collaborating with human resources to staff logistics areas with qualified leads. Implement continuous improvement opportunities and promote company initiatives such as the loyalty program and credit card. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, three years in Big Box retail management, and availability for flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent relevant experience
- 3 years of management experience with a Big Box retailer preferred
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to direct and motivate a diverse population that includes full- time and part-time team members
- Demonstrated ability to act decisively with implementing solutions, planning and delegating tasks, monitoring and achieving goals, and responding to change
- The ability to work a flexible schedule and have open availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
