Job Summary
Manage the performance of salaried and hourly employees, resolve performance issues, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Collaborate with senior management and customers to determine needs and operate the account to meet those demands. Be responsible for payroll, accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing. Analyze weekly and monthly P&L statements to determine account profitability and provide financial data and weekly operations reports to senior management. Hold Safety & Security meetings, provide safety training, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Work a flexible schedule on various shifts as customer operations span 24/7.

- H.S. diploma/GED
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain
- Three (3) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field
- Two (2) years or more managing and leading direct reports
- DOT Regulated
