Job Summary
Manage the supply chain department to ensure all tasks are delivered on time and support the master production schedule for OTIF material delivery. Produce business KPIs in line with reporting standards, control expenditure against the budget, and maintain stringent ERP system usage. Lead the logistics and materials team by identifying training needs, conducting regular sales reviews with Operations and Finance, and managing inventory accuracy through perpetual, cycle, and annual physical counts. Escalate operational and financial risks to Plant and Business Unit managers while ensuring adherence to health and safety rules and waste disposal protocols. Implement the Adler Pelzer Production System and oversee the run-in/run-out process to minimize operational disruption.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Minimum of a college degree in a related field or a combination of work experience and education

- Good understanding of Material, Transportation and Warehouse processes and systems
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Internet Explorer, ERP system (e.g. . . SAP)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrable success in managing SOP & EOP lifecycles
- Demonstrable clear understanding of inventory management and budget control
