Job Summary
Control inbound and outbound docks to ensure items are properly scanned and accounted for; oversee and participate in loading and unloading trucks. Ensure all drivers possess required training and licenses while verifying adherence to DOT regulations. Interact professionally with all customers. Manage scheduling for pick-ups and drop-offs, and coordinate with warehouse employees. Work overtime on nights and weekends semi-frequently. This full-time role supports high-profile events including festivals, TV shows, and corporate productions.
Required Qualifications
- experience with loading docks
- scheduling pick up/drop offs
- warehouse operations
- experience managing drivers
- experience managing warehouse employees
- demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
- ability to work overtime on nights and weekends on a semi-frequent basis
- knowledge of DOT regulations and requirements
- valid licenses required to operate their specific vehicles
Desired Qualifications
- understanding and knowledge of theatrical lighting, staging, rigging and entertainment equipment
