Logistics Management Trainee

Supervise, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day logistics operations while collaborating with the Logistics Manager to review and improve processes, equipment, and machinery. Establish work schedules and procedures, coordinate employee activities for optimal shift logistics, and ensure adherence to safety, security, and company policies. Monitor site Key Performance Indicators, meet regularly with team members to track progress, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement in facility and operational efficiency. Accountable for meeting customer service expectations and understanding key levers for account profitability through financial analysis and reporting.
