Logistics Management Trainee

Supervise, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day logistics operations while collaborating with the Logistics Manager to plan and review all logistics processes. Establish work schedules and procedures, coordinate employee activities for optimal shift logistics, and ensure adherence to site Key Performance Indicators. Accountable for meeting customer service expectations, implementing health and safety initiatives, and creating customer-specific financial analysis and reporting. Respond to safety or operational issues outside of normal business hours as they arise. Participate in a 9-12 month training program centered on on-the-job, structured, and team-based learning with exposure to multiple customer locations.
