Logistics Management Trainee (Mon-Fri 3rd Shift)

Logistics Management Trainee role onsite in Bethpage, NY with a 9-12 month training program. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating day-to-day logistics operations, planning and reviewing processes with the Logistics Manager, establishing work schedules, monitoring KPIs, coordinating activities of employees, collaborating with customers, and driving continuous improvement in safety and operations. The program exposes the trainee to multiple customer locations within the region, aims to develop leadership and teamwork, and culminates in potential relocation within a defined geographic area. The role requires leadership, initiative, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to respond to safety or operational issues outside of normal hours.
