Job Summary
Logistics Coordinator responsible for regional backorder management, product conversions, recall management, and ad-hoc projects within MMC’s hospital logistics framework. Key duties include daily backorder reviews and actioning backorders, coordinating with 3PL and MMC Sourcing on substitutes, developing a substitute database with MMC BI, coordinating product sourcing with hospital logistics and clinical leads, timing and execution of product conversions, maintaining a MMC Conversion Dashboard for data transfer, monitoring MitigAid recall alerts, coordinating recall actions with hospital logistics, 3PL, and risk management, and providing in-hospital logistics support including coverage for vacations/sick days. Must compile reports, travel to MMC offices as required, and comply with vaccination requirements. The role offers flexible remote work options and a salary range of $62,096 to $72,778 (annualized). The position is a 13-month contract with temporary full-time status, based in Ontario, Canada, with multiple office locations.
Required Qualifications
- College Diploma or University Degree in business or supply chain related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years work experience in supply chain or logistics support role
